1. What is AAGMAN Access Management System?

It is Artificial Intelligence enabled Facial Recognition biometric device for Contact less Access Management of Employees and Visitors of the organization, to make the solution completely non touch and operates within one meter of safe distance.

Aagman Contact-Less Access Management System based on face recognition technology that means, instead of the pen and paper security method now you can rely on the electronic system. This biometric system is based on recognizing the facial details of the individual. During the initial visit of the individual, the system captures the facial details and stores the data in the database of the computer. In the next visit, the system matches the newly captured facial details with the old stored patterns. If the system finds a match it grants the permission otherwise it denies.

2. In how many variants AAGMAN Access Management System is available?

It comes with 4 variants:
• Reception Top: Portable version for reception top with metal stand, with adjustable angle of 120 degree coverage.
• Wall Mount: Metal powder coated enclosure fixes seamlessly to the wall, easy replacement for existing biometrics device.
• Main Gate: This device is built with weather resistance performance in semi outdoor conditions.
• Floor Standing: This unique design also offers sanitizer dispenser and can be designed as per customer height.
• Available in various sizes and designs in 17 “, 19", 22" and 32" variants. Webcam with Microphone, Thermal Printer, RFID Card Reader, Bar code scanner can additionally be added as per user requirements.

3. How it will differentiate between Biometrics Attendance with and without mask?

It can detect face of a person with and without mask easily by using its face detection technology, AAGMAN Access Management system conduct employee verification based on specific facial characteristics. Finds a match it grants the permission otherwise it denies.

4. How it will differentiate between Employees and Visitors?

This biometric system is based on recognizing the facial details of the individual. During the initial visit of the Employee, Admin captures the facial details and stores the data in the database of the computer. In the next visit, the system matches the newly captured facial details with the old stored patterns. If the system finds a match as employee it grants the permission also mark his/her attendance. If System does not find the match then that person is treated as a visitor and a QR code is generated to scan to get an e-pass to enter the company.

This application is based on 'no human touch' technology, which enhances protection, it can be used in OFFICES, FACTORIES, INDUSTRIES, SCHOOL, HOSPITALS, COLLEGES, RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX etc.

6. How AAGMAN Access Management System ensure safety of employee’s personal data with company?

AAGMAN Access Management System provides higher level of security to all the records stored with company whether it is an employee data or visitor data, only higher level of company’s authorities have the rights to manage data because of access rights and permission no one can make unauthorized access, illegal copying, sharing or usage of personal data.

7. Does Employee need any special device for marking his/her attendance?

Neither employee nor Visitor needs any other device with AAGMAN Access Management System to mark his/her attendance, simply make his/her presence in front of the device it will immediately scan to identify or authenticate an employee’s facial features and grant him/her access permission also mark attendance in the system.

8. What information does Employees have access to?

AAGMAN Access Management System comes with mobile version, designed in such a way that it can be installed in both the Employee and Visitor mobile with separate interface and with different features such as employee can perform various operations.

• Manage his/her Visits.
• Manage Profile.
• Monitor Attendance List.
• Manage Appointment.
9. Does Visitor need any special device for Entry/Exit?

Digital Check-in from employees to guests, Visitor Management System allows the guests to check-in digitally eliminating the hectic paperwork and any other special device required to check in, Visitor will stand in front of kiosk and his/her image will be captured. Information will be shown based on his Image captured on side panel If Visitor is an Employee his/her attendance will be marked with his entry time. For New Visitor QR code will be displayed. Visitor can scan the QR code using his/her mobiles a URL will be shown on Visitor mobile, when click on link, A Visitor Check-in form will open.

10. Can Visitor pre-book appointment to visit company?

Yes Visitor can pre-book appointment to visit the company using Book-Appointment feature given in mobile app. Or company can also pre-book appointment for the visitor, a SMS of Approve/Decline will be sent to the visitor and employee mobile with visitor information, date of visit and purpose of visit.

11. Does Visitor need to generate e-pass for multiple entries?

Yes on every visit visitor needs to generate e-pass to enter the company premises, only for same day some relaxation will be provided based on company rules and regulations.

12. What Information does Administrator have access in AAGMAN Access Management System?

Admin can manage company Employees, Visitors, Kiosk and Company features, Manage employee Attendance, Manage company visitors, Book visitors appointment, Set Kiosk Working Hours, Kiosk Working Days and only if Kiosk have enabled either VMS or Attendance features, Add/Edit Employees and many more other features Admin can manage.

13. Does AAGMAN Access Management System offers after sale service?

We are having 24*7 support line, we provide after sale support over email and telephone, there is also provision of Annual Maintainance Contract(AMC).

14. Whether AAGMAN Access Management System is useful in present COVID-19 situation?

When contagious illnesses such as colds and viruses spread throughout the workforce, it can increase the incidence of employee absences and significantly reduce productivity. With facial recognition, employees can enter and leave the facility in considerably less time. There is no need to touch the surface of the system to clock in or out.
