Digital Check-in from employees to guests, VMS allows the guests to check-in digitally eliminating the
hectic paperwork. It also gives an extraordinary charm to your front desk and leaves a professional first
impression on your guests. Host Notifications VMS notifies the host whenever guests are around so you
never waste time tracking them down. An instant alert notification is sent to the host as the guest
checks in, thereby saving a lot of time. Send Invites Send invites to your guests prior to their visit to your
premises. Invitation consists of the venue and the host details. As the guest checks in, all he has to do is
tap on the invitee option on the VMS application.

Steps:

Visitor will stand in front of kiosk and his/her image will be captured.
Visitor Information will be shown based on his Image captured on side panel if Visitor is Employee or he/she already visited.
If Visitor is an Employee his/her attendance will be marked with his entry time.
For New Visitor QR code will be displayed.
Visitor can scan the QR code using his/her mobiles.
A URL will be shown on Visitor mobile while scanning the QR code.
Visitor Click on link, A Visitor Check-in form will open.
In Visitor Check-In form he/she will select company Employee to meet Visit purpose and User Type and submit the form.
After Submitting the Visitor Form a SMS notification and Email with visitor information will be sending to the Employee to whom visitor wants to submit.
Along with visitor information, Approve and Decline link will also be provided.



Management System Process:


First of all, the software takes a picture of all the authorized individuals and stores the information into the system’s database. Then, the system stores pictures by mapping it into a face match structure. The system will recognize the registered person and mark his/her attendance along with the arrival time whenever he/she enters the locations again.
